You can work while studying in NZ , 1 year study for collage graduates
20 hrs per week
2 years study for Vocational graduates
You can bring your family  after graduation for Level 7 plus 1 year job search Visa
You can bring your family while studying for level 8 and your spouse can work fulltime plus 1 year job search Visa
and two qualifcation from UUNZ and USQ

For the Postgrad  or Level 8 these are the benefits:

1.A student’s spouse is eligible for full-time open work visa
2.Children’s international school fees  are waive.
3. Students can work up to 20 hours/week during study.
4. A student or his/her spouse eligible to apply for an open work visa
after 1 year course completion.
5. IELTS requirements can be waived for permanent residency.
6. Qualification Bonus-10 points (Postgraduate) 15 points (Master)
7. Dual qualifications, one from UUNZ and one from USQ
